Q&A regarding underwater boat operations

We are equipped with life jackets certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

Equipped with enough equipment for the maximum number of people on board.

It is located under the customer's seat, and the location is posted.

Instructions on how to wear a life jacket are posted on board.
In case of an emergency, the staff will make sure to put it on.

As part of our unique operation, we ask children under elementary school age (excluding infants) to wear a children's life jacket when boarding the ship.

Before each trip, we check 20 items, including confirming the normal operation of various equipment, checking for abnormalities in the hull and cabin, and confirming the health status of the crew.

According to the operation management regulations, a wave height of 1.0M is the standard for service suspension, but we make a decision to suspend service at a wave height of approximately 0.5M (the level of white water).

*The 2022 service was scheduled to start on April 23rd, but due to the weather, all flights will be suspended on both the 23rd and 24th.

Depending on the day, we will suspend service based on the situation and resume service as soon as the situation improves.

On the day of boarding, please contact us by phone at 0123-25-2031 during business hours.

Operation/suspension will be determined depending on the situation on the day, so we will not know until the last minute.

Reservations are only available for groups.
If you are an individual, please purchase a boarding ticket on the day.
